Who we are
Remedium PTE Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). You can reach our data protection contact at support@remedium.sg.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details you enter at checkout: name, email address, telephone number and delivery address. Payment card details are entered into the checkout form solely to complete the transaction. This site currently runs a demonstration checkout, so card details are not charged, transmitted to an acquirer, or stored by us. We do not ask for, collect or store test results or any other health data.
Why we use it
We use personal data to process and deliver orders, to send order confirmations and service messages, to respond to enquiries, to meet accounting and record-keeping obligations, and to detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
Legal basis and consent
We rely on your consent and on the necessity of processing to perform the contract of sale with you. You may withdraw consent to non-essential processing, such as marketing, at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing already carried out.
Sharing and disclosure
We share personal data only with parties needed to fulfil your order — delivery partners, payment processors and our hosting provider — and where required by law or a regulator. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
Retention
Order and transaction records are retained for the period required by Singapore tax and company law, currently five years, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and access to order data is limited to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
Cookies
This website uses only the technical storage necessary to keep your shopping cart and session working. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion where we are not legally required to retain it. Write to support@remedium.sg and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
