1. These terms
These terms and conditions govern your access to this website and any purchase of goods from Remedium PTE Ltd ("Remedium", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Singapore. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where pricing or product information was published in error, where quantities suggest resale in breach of these terms, or where supply would contravene applicable law.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are stated in Singapore dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged at checkout. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. This site currently operates a demonstration checkout; no live card payment is captured and no funds are taken.
4. Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm on a business day are handled the same day. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address.
5. Returns, hygiene and defects
In-vitro diagnostic test kits are sealed goods supplied for reasons of health and hygiene. They are not returnable once the outer packaging seal has been broken, except where the goods are damaged, defective, expired on arrival or not as described. Report any such issue within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and lot number, and we will replace the goods or refund you.
6. Product use
You agree to use all products strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for use and not to resell, relabel, repackage or represent them as clinically certified services. Our medical disclaimer forms part of these terms.
7. Warranties and liability
We warrant that goods are supplied in original manufacturer packaging and within shelf life on dispatch. Save for that warranty and for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, all implied warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any clinical decision taken on the basis of a test result.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, imagery, product descriptions and branding, is owned by or licensed to Remedium and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
